mtl97 FAQ — Answers to Your Questions

In 3D lottery, players pick one or more numbers and wait for the draw at the end of the game period to see if their numbers match. Results are announced through Myanmar's official lottery draw process and the game system operates transparently. mtl97 never gives number recommendations — players make their own choices.

Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game where each player receives 3 cards. The last digit of each player's total card value is compared against the last digit of the Banker's total, and the highest digit wins. 9 is the highest value — a total ending in 0 is called "zero" and is the lowest. You can play this game in digital form on mtl97 with a stable connection.

In 2D lottery, players pick a two-digit number and check whether it matches the Counter number in the draw result to win a prize. Draw times and betting cut-off times are set by the game system. mtl97 never advises on number selection — players decide for themselves.

The mtl97 platform is designed mobile-first, so you can play smoothly on Android or iOS by opening a browser — no app download needed. Tap to play, and number selection, bet amounts, and payouts all display well on mobile. All you need is a Wi-Fi or 4G connection.

mtl97 supports the 4 payment methods most used by Myanmar players — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. You can deposit with any of these methods, and the minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits are available 24 hours a day, even on bank holidays and at night.

mtl97 does not charge any service fee on deposits. However, payment providers such as KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay may have their own transaction fees — those costs are not related to mtl97 and depend on the provider's own policies.

To deposit with KBZPay, log in to your mtl97 account, go to the deposit screen, and select KBZPay. Scan the QR code provided using the KBZPay app, enter the amount, and confirm as usual. Once the deposit is successful, the balance in your mtl97 account will update immediately. If anything goes wrong, contact us via Live Chat.

To deposit with Wave Money, you just need at least 5,000 Ks in your Wave Money App — no card required. Users who have completed KYC (identity verification) in the app will be able to proceed smoothly. If you don't have the Wave Money App yet, download it first, create an account, and then try again.

Live Dealer games connect you via live video to a real dealer in an actual game studio. You can watch card dealing, ball spinning, and more in real time, while setting your bets on your own screen. It plays well on mobile with a stable Wi-Fi or 4G connection.

In Baccarat, the player bets on either the Player or Banker side, and whichever side is closest to 9 wins. Up to 2 or 3 cards may be dealt depending on the rules, and the score is the last digit of the total — for example, 7 + 6 = 13, so the score is 3. You can also bet on a Tie, though the payout ratio differs.

You can play mtl97's live casino games through a mobile browser — no app needed. Sit somewhere with a good network signal for clear video and smooth gameplay. Make sure your phone battery is charged and keep your screen from going dark. mtl97's mobile interface is designed with large buttons so they're easy to tap.

In Dragon Tiger, you pick one side — Dragon or Tiger — and the dealer draws one card for each. The higher card wins. It's simpler than Baccarat, so players new to card games often try it first. Side bets like Tie and Suited Tie are also available. Check the game screen for the exact payout ratios before you play.

In Roulette, you can bet on a single number, a split (two numbers), or number groups (Street / Corner / Line), as well as Red / Black, High / Low, and Odd / Even. Bets cannot be taken back once the ball is in play — when the round ends, the result is shown instantly and any winnings are added to your balance.

If you can't log in, first check your username and password — Caps Lock being on or an extra space at the end are common causes. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?" to reset it. If the problem continues, contact mtl97's 24-hour Live Chat support and provide your username so they can look into your account.

mtl97 allows only one account per player. Each family member can open their own account using a unique phone number and different personal details. If duplicate accounts are found, they may be blocked and any winnings forfeited — these rules are in place to protect players, so please keep that in mind.

A username must be 6 to 15 characters long and contain only numbers or English letters. A password must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters along with numbers. Avoid simple passwords like "12345678" — keeping your account secure is your own responsibility, so don't forget that.

To update your personal information, contact mtl97 Live Chat support and complete a verification step using your NRC or another identity check. If you also need to change the phone number linked to your bank account, the support team can help with that too. Accurate details keep withdrawals running smoothly, so double-check before submitting.

The mtl97 welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit — up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a 25x wagering requirement — for example, if you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, you need to wager 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks before it is complete. Winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met, so take your time and play at your own pace.

mtl97 processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 3 hours. KBZPay and Wave Money transfers are generally faster. Larger amounts or requests that require additional checks may take closer to 3 hours. If the money hasn't arrived after that, contact support via Live Chat.

The minimum withdrawal amount at mtl97 is 10,000 Ks. You cannot withdraw below that amount — please wait until your balance reaches a higher amount before requesting. When making a withdrawal, make sure it matches the registered payment method you used (KBZPay / Wave Money / AYA Pay / CB Pay).
